The Chief Zymologist and Arthouse Maven took a trip recently to Colorado’s spectacular Western Slope. We visited the orchards and farmers growing the apples that we use to create our unique line of apple spirits here at Still Cellars. We picked over seventy pounds of sumptuous fruit to use in our infusion process, and the new batches of apple spirits will be ready for bottling soon!
